I have had the fortune of facing both Chron’s and Lyme Disease – two illnesses western medicine would identify with horrifying terms and often irrecoverable prognosis’ – and fully recovering, without medication. If I can do it, then so can you… or your sister, or father, or cousin – even that dude down the street.

I also have spent a great deal of time internally and externally trying to make sense of this thing called life. Like many of us, my journey has been fraught with trials and tribulations, joys and sorrows. These experiences operate as the fuel for the presence before you and hopefully a guidepost for others along the way.
